There are several types of Quintos on the Quinto board.  The lowest scoring Quinto, a Common Quinto, uses only non-face cards and is worth 25 points.  On the other hand, the highest scoring Quinto, the Ace of Spades Quinto, utilizes the Ace of Spades and four face cards and is worth 90 points. So, it takes nearly four Common Quintos to equal one Ace of Spades Quinto!
