If within 30 days of purchase and after playing the game with your friends or family for at least five (5) times, you do not think Quinto is one of most entertaining board games you have ever played, you must first contact us by telephone (301-439-1067) to advise of dissatisfaction and obtain an authorization number. You may then send the undamaged game in resalable condition, along with a written explanation of dissatisfaction and the original purchase receipt, to the following address: Quinto Game Company LLC, P.O. Box 310, Ashton, MD 20861.
Terms of the Quinto Warranty:
We at the Quinto Game Company strive to satisfy the needs of our customers. The Quinto® game is shipped with a manufacturer's warranty to be free from defects in material workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of the original purchase. Should you find any defect in material or workmanship within the warranty period, please contact us and the component will be replaced at the manufacturer's option.

Please note that to validate your warranty, you must register your game (Register Online). The Quinto® warranty will not apply if the game is not in resalable condition or used with products not sold or licensed by the Quinto Game Company, LLC. The warranty does not include damages from negligence, accident, misuse, vandalism, incorrect assembly, tampering or modification, damages from shipping, unreasonable use, or other causes. The original purchase receipt must accompany the game. Please note that this product is not intended for commercial or institutional use. Any use of this type will void all warranties.

   
Retailer Return Policy:
  Retailers, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase because of cosmetic reasons such as size, color, weight, etc, you may return the merchandise for a refund or replacement. You will be responsible for all shipping charges including our cost of delivery to you. Also, a 20% restocking fee may apply to orders of $50 or more. You must contact Customer Service at CustomerService@QuintoGame.com to obtain a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. All merchandise must be returned in its original packing in resalable condition (see the Terms of the Quinto Warranty). After we receive and inspect your return, we will credit your account accordingly.
     
  Credit Card Refund:
      Refunds for items returned will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Credit card purchasers will have their accounts credited after the merchandise has been returned in good order as outlined in the previous sections. Please allow at least five business days for the financial institutions to fully process the refund before contacting us. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
     
  Check Money Order Refund:
      Purchases made by money order or check will receive a refund by company check within 60 days. Be sure to leave a preferred mailing address for your remittance. Otherwise, the refund will be sent to your shipping address. Please allow 5-10 days for the mail carrier to deliver your refund before contacting us.
   
  Damaged Merchandise:
      Damaged or incomplete merchandise will not be considered for a full refund, but may qualify for partial refund. Purchases damaged by the shipping carrier must be settled with the carrier's insurance policy. For damage claims, please visit the UPS website or the USPS website. Buyers bear the responsibility for all return shipping costs.
   
  Refund Confirmation:
      Customers returning merchandise will receive a letter or email acknowledging receipt. Partial refunds will be clearly stated, along with the reason why a full refund is not being granted. Customers are free to dispute partial refunds and all grievances will be treated with consideration. Refunds are limited to the purchase price. Consumer refunds are limited to one time per customer. A return authorization number must accompany the return. The return must be made within 30 days of the delivery date and must be in resalable condition as defined in the Quinto Warranty section.
