Thank you for purchasing from Quinto. If you purchase from Quinto or sign up for an account, you’re agreeing to these Terms, which will result in a legal agreement between you and Quinto Game Company, LLC (“Agreement”). These Terms of Use (“Terms,” including our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy) define the terms and conditions under which you’re allowed to buy the Product in accordance with the Agreement.
A. ELIGIBILITY
In order to buy the Product (defined as the games we sell online), you must represent:
• you are legally able to contract or have parental authority to make a purchase on the Site;
• you order the Products for your personal use only.
• You agree not to market, resell or distribute the Products in any way to third parties for non-private, and in particular non-commercial, purposes; agree to these Terms;
• provide true, complete, and up-to-date contact and billing information.
By purchasing from Quinto, you represent and warrant that you meet all the requirements listed above, and that you won’t use the Product in a way that violates any laws or regulations. Note that by representing and warranting, you are making a legally enforceable promise. Quinto may refuse product, close accounts of any users, and change eligibility requirements at any time.
B. AVAILABILITY & PRODUCT DETAILS
In case of unavailability of the Products, we will inform you as soon as possible by phone or e-mail and we will let you know when it will be available again. The availability of products, even being constantly updated, may change not in real time and without notice. We decline any responsibility in case of delay due to unavailability of the stock of the supplier. Furthermore, we will not be responsible for insignificant differences between photographs, texts or illustrations of articles on our site and the goods ordered.
Price
All prices shown on the site are inclusive of VAT. Shipping costs are verifiable at the time of purchase. Quinto reserves the right to change its prices at any time but undertakes to apply the prices set at the time of order.
Payment
The order of the Products will be processed only from the date of the actual and full payment of the order. Once your order has been confirmed, we will begin the shipping process.
PayPal
According to the servicer, PayPal is a safe and fast system for online payments by credit card. Personal information is safe because it is never shared with the seller. If you already have a PayPal account, you can make the payment through your account. Simply enter your email address and password. If you are not already registered, you can still select this form of payment and you will be redirected to a page on the PayPal site where you can enter your details and pay directly with a credit card. When you click Pay, PayPal charges the amount directly on the card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) or prepaid assigned. In case of cancellation of the order or non-acceptance by Quinto, the amount will be refunded to the customer’s PayPal account.
Shipping and Delivery
The Products are delivered to the shipping address you provided when placing your order. This address may be different from the billing address. Our staff will attempt solve any problem related to delivery. Given the onerous cost of shipping, customers are asked to indicate a shipping address at which the collection of goods is guaranteed. We recommend that you leave us your telephone number (preferably a mobile phone) to which you will certainly be reachable only for the purpose of any contact by the courier in the event of problems with delivery. Shipping costs change according to the shipping address. If your order is “shipped”, we will not be able to change the shipping or billing information. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact our staff. Your request for change will then be taken into account.
C. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Refunds for Lost or Damaged Products
We are committed to replacing products that are lost, damaged or do not correspond to your order. In this case, we invite you to contact our staff, no later than seven days from the date of delivery of the goods. The products must be returned in their entirety and in their original packaging. Upon receipt of your package, we will proceed with a new manufacture or partial or full refund of your order. If the records by the delivery service company shows that the customer has received the Product, no refunds will be made. In that case, the customer must work with the delivery service company directly (such as the U.S. Post office, UPS).
Right of Return
If within 30 days of purchase, you find that Quinto is not one of the most entertaining board games you have ever played, your purchase price will be fully refunded. If dissatisfied, you must contact us by phone or e-mail to advise of dissatisfaction and complete a form. We may then provide a Return Authorization number to you and a shipping address. You may then send the complete undamaged game in resalable condition along with the original purchase receipt for a full refund. The Customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must return the Products within 10 days from the date of authorization.
The customer will not have the right of withdrawal in the following cases: supply of sealed products opened by the customer; supply of products ordered specifically for the customer or customized. The right of withdrawal is still subject to the following conditions:
• the right applies to the product purchased in its entirety, you cannot exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased;
• the purchased product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete with all its parts;
• shipping costs related to the return of the goods are charged to the customer;
• delivery costs to the customer and any other additional costs highlighted at the time of placing the order will not be reimbursed;
• the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the full responsibility of the customer. In case of damage to the goods during transport, Quinto will notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to enable him/her to file a timely complaint against the carrier of his choice and obtain a refund of the value of the goods. In this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal;
• Quinto is not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.
Upon arrival, the Product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport. If the original packaging and/or packaging are damaged, Quinto will deduct from the refund due to a percentage as a contribution to the cost of repair. If the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with these contractual conditions, Quinto will refund the buyer within 30 days from the date of receipt of the Products by the customer the amounts paid (except for packaging and shipping). In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the goods will remain at the headquarters of Quinto, available to the customer for collection at your expense.
